The SaaS Provisioner is
designed to handle the intricate details of delivering Software as a Service
(SaaS) to equipment owners,
which are also referred to as tenants, and
automatically generates the multi-tenancy databases for each tenant isolated
and kept
private, all of them connected to the same instance of Equipment Edge
Master Software, running on CSG fortified Public Clouds
(Amazon AWS Cloud and
IBM Cloud).
The SaaS Provisioner enables
you as an Equipment (assets) Operator to manage and maintain subscriptions,
renew
subscriptions, activate or deactivate software services based on a
variety of user-based events.
The SaaS Provisioner
generates the Service Detailed Record (SDR), as well as the possibility to
integrate with Invoicing and
Billing Systems to automatically update the
subscription fees to be billed to a client.
The SaaS Provisioner
enables the Equipment (assets) Operator to monitor consumed IT Resources of
the servers that host your
SaaS
databases, and generating sets of notifications if the servers resources
utilization exceeds certain limits.
